We begin by having a conversation with you about the individuals and skills you need.

We then reach out to our pool of candidates using a combination of referral and word-of-mouth recommendations, as well as targeted social media campaigns.
During our process, we give candidates a detailed overview of the role and what is being offered in terms of pay and conditions.
It's important to us that candidates have a clear understanding of what to expect in terms of the reality of life in Ireland before accepting any offers. We only want to work with motivated individuals who are fully informed and prepared to take on the role.

We carefully vet, screen, and reference check each candidate before presenting you with a shortlist that highlights their relevant skills and experience.

We then schedule a convenient Zoom or Teams interview and can host if needed.
Once you have selected your preferred candidates, we will manage and compile the following on your and the candidate's behalf.

Atypical working visa applications – liaising with your HR Department for offer and host support letters

RCSI examination applications as required.

Work permit applications including the Labour Market Needs Test.

Critical Skills Work Permit applications once candidates complete their compensation measure.

NMBI PIN applications on conclusion of adaptation or RCSI examinations

Garda vetting applications for police clearance certificates in all countries of prior employment.

For each country in which they have worked, candidates will have certificates of good standing. These certificates act as a confirmation of their professional history and credentials.

References are checked and verified by our team.

Completion of HSELand certification as agreed with the employer before they travel.

We collaborate with a travel agent to arrange group travel for candidates.

We arrange for airport pickup and travel to candidate's location.

We source accommodation for candidates as required
