Eddie O’Loughlin and Priya Jacob co-founded ApproZeal in 2018. Eddie's vast experience in international recruitment and education includes being a founding member of the European College of Management (ECM) and scaling the business. By 2016, ECM had become the second-largest provider of full-time education for international students in the country before it was acquired by an investment group. Eddie continued to serve as Managing Director of the Group's operations in Dublin and London for another two years before creating Approzeal Healthcare Recruitment.

Priya Jacob joined Approzeal in 2020. Priya, having studied in Oman and India, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2012). After qualifying, she gained experience in NABH-accredited hospitals in India before transferring to Saudi Arabia gaining experience in CBAHI and JCI-accredited hospitals. She has worked extensively in both the Indian, Middle Eastern and Irish healthcare sectors. As the Operations Manager of ApproZeal, she is responsible for recruiting and assessing candidates and providing them with their preliminary induction into their prospective careers in Ireland.

As the managing director of ApproZeal, he has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the requirements of healthcare providers and international candidates. The ethos of the business is to streamline the process of international recruitment and make it more accessible for both employers and candidates.

Priya Jacob is the lead recruiter of Approzeal. She has a passion for helping healthcare professionals find the right job and helping healthcare providers find the right candidates.
Having also gained experience in the Irish Healthcare Sector makes Priya uniquely qualified to anticipate clients' needs. She is committed to providing excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Elaine Duffy
Operations Manager (Ireland)
Elaine Duffy joined ApproZeal to manage the company's Irish operations. She began her career in the legal field but later turned to healthcare and established a holistic private practice in Kildare.
Elaine is responsible for coordinating the training of each candidate, ensuring that they meet both the requirements set by the Irish Nursing Board and the needs of clients. She also provides each candidate with the necessary support to help them succeed in their new roles.
